Terms & Conditions

There is no minimum spend but designs are to be ordered in multiples of six. Once an order is placed, you are obliged to accept the items and pay for them in full.

Delivery will take place as soon as possible after your order has been placed and you will be advised of lead times on ordering. Due to the entirely handmade nature of our cards, we may occasionally experience longer than usual lead times, though we will do our best to accommodate any urgent orders. Fully paid orders will take priority.

An invoice will be dispatched with your order. Payment is due, in full, upon receipt of your order or, if previously agreed at the time of your order, within 30 days of that order date. All items remain the property of Charlotte Elisabeth Designs until payment is cleared in full. Cheques should be made payable to Charlotte Ellis.

All prices are exclusive of delivery/postage & packaging. Carriage will be charged at £7.99 for UK mainland deliveries. Carriage paid is £75.00. All reasonable care is taken in packing your orders: any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

All of our cards are handmade and printed in the UK. Whilst every effort is made to maintain consistency in colour and design, due to the nature of the product, it should be noted that slight variations may occur. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest possible standards for quality of workmanship and finish.

All designs are the sole property of Charlotte Elisabeth Designs.
